About our membership
Membership at Carlinville Country Club provides access to golf, recreation, and a welcoming community that has served Carlinville since 1960. Members enjoy full use of the private nine hole golf course, driving range, swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, tennis courts lined for pickleball, playground, clubhouse, and social events throughout the year.
Membership Availability
The club maintains a maximum capacity of 300 members. When openings are available, applicants may join immediately by submitting the membership application and required fees.
If the club is at capacity, prospective members may submit a waiting list application along with $250 toward the total $500 membership fee to reserve their place. Once a membership becomes available, the remaining portion of the fee is collected and membership begins. Children of members may join without being placed on a waiting list through age 30.

- Keg Room and clubhouse
- Leagues, tournaments, and social events
In addition, Carlinville Country Club maintains reciprocal agreements with Litchfield Country Club and Westlake Country Club in Jerseyville, allowing members to enjoy extended golf privileges at those facilities.
Fees & Dues
Membership includes a one-time $500 membership fee. Quarterly dues are currently $419 per quarter and are billed January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Dues are paid one quarter in advance. Members joining outside of billing dates receive proper adjustments at the next cycle.
If a member withdraws, reimbursement is available for any full unused quarter of dues previously paid. Late payments may be subject to a fee.
